Technical Support Assistant:
Job Description:
u Implement China Lab Water Service Management System (Safari): be in charge of service job of product installation.
u Technical support for pre-installation by 400 Hotline: cooperate with sales, distributors and end-users to collect costumer’s information and confirm installation condition.
u Arrange for product Installation: schedule/dispatch installation reports to engineers and distributors and follow up regularly.
u Assist to compile the document and update the database.
Requirement:
u Excellent interpersonal skill & strong communication skill
u Energetic individual with good teamwork
u Perfect computer technology
u Technical background will be a plus
u Strong self-motivation
u Regular attendance during the workdays
