With the Guava ViaCount Assay, users simply add reagent to a cell sample, introduce the suspension to a Guava System, and let ViaCount Software go to work. Sample analysis is completed and the data are automatically exported into a time-stamped spreadsheet in seconds without any additional user input, thereby eliminating subjectivity.
Independent evaluations have shown that the Guava ViaCount Assay improves both precision and accuracy compared to manual counting and viability determinations with a microscope and hemacytometer.
