Product Overview:
The caspase family of enzymes is instrumental in propagating apoptotic signal cascades, carrying out cellular breakdown or processing cytokines.
When used in conjunction with the Guava® MultiCaspase Reagent Kit, the Guava® MultiCaspase Software Module enables sensitive, rapid screening for cells containing activated caspases. Early- to mid-stage apoptotic, late- to dying-stage apoptotic, dead cells, and live cells can easily be distinguished.
Once the samples are loaded onto a Guava System, the software automatically collects, analyzes, and archives the data in an external database. For many applications, the exported data is ready for immediate presentation. If further analysis is desired, the data can easily be imported into third party analysis software.
