Product Overview:
Biologically active whole cell extract preparation. Cells were treated with 50 ng/mL phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate for 2 hours at 37oC and lysed in whole cell extraction buffer (25mM Hepes, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 1% NP-40 Substitute, 10mM MgCl, 1mM EDTA, 2% Glycerol, and protease inhibitor cocktail). Protein concentration was determined and then normalized to 2.5 mg/mL.
