Presentation:
Agarose beads coupled to affinity purified goat anti-chicken IgY. Liquid in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.6 containing 5 mM EDTA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage Conditions:
Store at 2-8°C under sterile conditions in the dark for up to 6 months after date of receipt.
Quality Assurance:
The capacity was determined by measuring 2.5 mL of 2185. One mL aliquots of chicken IgY (200 μg/mL in TE buffer) were applied to the column and fractions were collected. The concentration of IgY passing through the column was measured and the total amount of IgY that bound to the column was calculated.
