Product Overview:
One vial containing 200 μg of total proteins lyophilized from 100 μL of cell lysate made from Pervanadate treated Ramos cells (20 mM for 5 min.) lysed in MILLIPLEX MAP Lysis Buffer, phosphotase and protease inhibitors.
Applications:
This MILLIPLEX® MAP Ramos Cell Lysate: Pervanadate, is a control lysate used for multiplex Cell Signaling bead-based kits.

Application Notes:
Ramos Cell Lysate: Pervanadate is recommended for use in Western blotting (starting at 10 – 40 μg/well), immunoprecipitation (starting at 40 – 100 μg per sample), and Luminex® bead assays (starting at 2 - 10 μg/well).
