One vial containing 200 μg of total proteins lyophilized from 100 μL of cell lysate made from IFNα treated HeLa cells (10,000U/mL for 15 min.) lysed in MILLIPLEX MAP Lysis Buffer and protease inhibitors.
Applications:
This MILLIPLEX® MAP HeLa Cell Lysate: IFNα, is a control lysate used for multiplex Cell Signaling bead-based kits.

Application Notes:
HeLa Cell Lysate: IFNα is recommended for use in Western blotting (starting at 20 – 40 μg/well), immunoprecipitation (starting at 40 – 100 μg per sample), and Luminex® bead assays (starting at 2 - 20 μg/well).
