Product Overview:
Cationic lipid formulation that has been designed for efficient transfection of siRNA into a wide variety of mammalian cell lines with extremely low cytotoxicity. The kit contains a second vial, siRNA Diluent (Catalog #20-272), which is used to dilute the siRNA prior to transfection.
There is sufficient siIMPORTER™ siRNA Transfection Reagent and siRNA Diluent to perform at least 200 transfections in a 12, 24, 48 or 96 well plate format using 200 ng of siRNA.

One vial containing 0.75 mL of a hydrated siIMPORTER™ cationic lipid reagent for siRNA transfection. A separate vial containing 4 mL of siRNA Diluent (100 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5 in RNase-free water) is also provided.
Storage Conditions:
Stable for 12 months after receipt if stored properly. The siIMPORTER™ siRNA Transfection Reagent and siRNA Diluent are shipped at room temperature but upon receipt, should be stored at 4°C.
