A 19 amino acid peptide sequence aa171-189 in the 1st EC domain of human ENaC delta.

Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL.;membrane preparations are recommended; Masilamani et al 1999.
Immunohistochemistry: not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 2-20 μg/mL on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.
ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL using 1 μg/mL control peptide per well.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
