ChromaSorb Validation Kit

Description:
ChromaSorb Validation Kit
Trade Name:
ChromaSorb
Qty/Pk:
Applications:
A small scale anion membrane adsorber for validation studies for trace impurity removal in a flow through mode
Key Applications:
Validation studies
Feedstock pH Range:
Typically 0.5 to 1 pH unit below the pI of the target being purified
Typical Operating Flow Rate:
0.08 mL device: 1 mL/min (12.5 CV/min)
Operating Buffers:
Monovalent buffers only (e.g. Tris and acetate). ChromaSorb membrane adsorber is not recommended for use in processes that are in multivalent buffers such as phosphate and citrate as this can lead to reduced capacity.
Impurity Removal:
Virus (MMV): >4 LRV
DNA: >3 LRV
Endotoxin: >3 LRV
Permeability:
1.5 CV/min/psi
Materials of Construction:
Membrane: Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
Ligand: Primary Amine
Molded parts: High Density Polyethylene
Long Description:
The ChromaSorb validation kit is ideally suited for performing your validation studies. Each kit contains 3 sets of 3 0.08 mL devices from three different membrane lots, a user guide and certificate of quality. The ChromaSorb 0.08 mL device is the smallest commercially available anion exchange membranes validation tool requiring the least volume of feedstock. This device also scales linearly to the larger production devices providing a robust scale-down tool.
