Product Overview:
CnT-07CF is a progenitor cell targeted liquid culture medium kit including both basal medium and separate supplements. It is developed for maximum efficiency keratinocyte isolation and growth. CnT-07CF is a fully defined, serum and BPE-free formulation. It does not contain antibiotics or antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds, but is protein free and calcium free. Requires the addition of calcium for cell growth; recommended concentration 0.07 mM.

Application Notes:
Developed for maximum efficiency keratinocyte isolation and growth. For keratinocyte differentiation, we recommend the use of CnT-02 medium because the PCT formulation of CnT-07CF is known to cause a delay in the onset of terminal differentiation. Requires the addition of calcium for cell growth; recommended concentration 0.07 mM. Suggested seeding density:
