Application Notes:
Standardized, concentrated cell culture supernatant, non-diafiltered, minimal pH buffering; For the formulation of Anti-Leb blood typing reagents or devices.
Not a direct agglutinin with unmodified red cells. Requires the addition of chemical potentiators to produce a finished reagent.
Specificity is judged to be LebL as it reacts to a similar degree with Lewis b red cells from all four ABO groups.
Contains 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide; Shelf Life: 12 months from date of filtration.
