Kit containing Bladder Urothelium Progenitors (Rat/Wistar) and media. Cryo-preserved cells in medium containing 20% FBS and 10% DMSO at passage 25 (approx), supplied with kit (500 mL) of optimized medium. This cell culture is supplied as a long-term culture, and is guaranteed to provide an additional 6 months of continuous growth from the date supplied, when used with the recommended medium.

• Cultivation: Plate at 1 x 104 to 3 x 104 cells/cm2.
