The protein was isolated from human liver tissue by preparing a tissue homogenate in the presence of protease inhibitors. 75 μg of protein was solubilized in SDS-lysis buffer, electrophoresed in 3-15% SDS-PAGE, followed by electroblotting on PVDF membrane. Actin antibody was used to test the separation and transfer of proteins on the membrane.
