PRODUCTS: ChemiLUCENT™ Cat # 2600: A femtogram level sensitivity ECL immunodetection system for detection of low abundant antigens. Requires lower antibody concentration.
Key Applications:
Western Blotting
Application Notes:
INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

The blot is stored soaked in TBST buffer. Do not let the blot dry at any step. Always wear gloves when handling the blots. If the blot is not used immediately store the blot at 2-8°C. When needed remove the blot from the plastic bag. Place the membrane directly in a tray containing desired blocking buffer and incubate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Incubate the membrane with primary and secondary antibody. Use chemiluminescent or color development reagents for the detection of the specific protein.
Usage Statement:
Unless otherwise stated in our catalog or other company documentation accompanying the product(s), our products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, unauthorized commercial uses, in vitro diagnostic uses, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic uses or any type of consumption or application to humans or animals.
Blotting Membrane Type:
Preblotted Membranes
Quality Assurance:
The protein was isolated from human testis tissue by preparing a tissue homogenate in the presence of protease inhibitors. 75 μg of protein was solubilized in SDS-lysis buffer, electrophoresed in 4-20% SDS-PAGE, followed by electroblotting on PVDF membrane. Actin antibody was used to test the separation and transfer of proteins on the membrane.
Brand Family:
Chemicon
Storage Conditions:
Maintain at 2-8°C for up to six months after date of receipt.
