The system is in production and says Tank Full on the display, but there is no water coming out of the sample valve. What should be done? » Answer

Please check the Millipak or Biopak filter to see if it needs to be vented. If it is vented or no water is flowing into the final filter, please call Lab Water Tech Service.

Where is the Millex filter? » Answer

The Millex is the round disc shape filter located on the clear tubing attached to the aerator pump.

There is a red alarm displaying on my system. Should I call the CCE directly to set up a service appointment? » Answer

To set up a service call, call into Lab Water Technical Support first.

What resistivity should be displayed for the system to be considered within specification? » Answer

The resistivity should always be 10MegOhm or greater.

How many cfu's of bacteria are acceptable after sampling is done? » Answer

The maximum colony count is less than or equal to 10cfu's.

Where is the screen filter? » Answer

The screen filter is located in the 1/2" FNPT fitting assembly the is connected to the feed water valve.
