I am getting an alarm PRODUCT
» Answer
Drain over 20% of the tank to allow the Elix to start making water to refresh the water in the Elix. If there has been a trend down in the % Rejection or Product, check the daily entries in the Elix Maintenance Log for a trend up in Permeate. If there is evidence of a sudden shift, check the daily log for large shifts in Permeate. A blocked flow from the drain lines should be checked.

My analyzer is not getting water.

There are many possibilities you may explore. The chemistry analyzer inlet valve may not be opening to allow water in. Open valve after Opticap bacteria filter. Is there water? If ‘Yes’ then the chemistry analyzer is not allowing water in. Contact the analyzer company. If ‘No’ the Opticap may need to be vented. The Elix tank may be empty. The Elix tank level sensor may not be plugged into the Elix. The Distribution pump may not be on. The Elix may be in an alarm condition or the Elix may be in STANDBY mode.
