There is no display and no power light on my Milli-Q. What should I check first?

Confirm that the power outlet works by plugging something else into the power outlet. Check that the power cord is pushed all of the way into the back of the Milli-Q. Check the power entry fuse which is in a small drawer right below where the power cord connects to the back of the system. Make sure the power switch is On.
No water comes out. What do I do?

Make sure the system is in the Preoperate mode (press Menu for 3 seconds if needed). Make sure the front door is pushed all of the way closed. Check that the feedwater is turned on, or that there is water in the storage tank.
I have an A10 Error #9. What should I do?

First try the A10 cleaning cycle: Press the Menu button down for 3 seconds Press Menu until it says Service A10, A10 cleaning. Leave it on that screen and the 60 minute A10 cleaning cycle will start.
What does "Start Sanit" mean?
