Dermal Fibroblast Medium Complete, Non-defined, catalog number CnT-05, is a liquid culture medium kit including both basal medium and separate supplements. CnT-05 is non-defined and contains serum and is developed for improved human and mouse fibroblast isolation and growth. It does not contain antibiotics / antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds, but is protein free.
Cell Culture
Developed for improved fibroblast isolation and growth. For suggested seeding densities, please refer to "Suggested Seeding Densities for CELLnTEC Media" in protocols tab. Formulated for human and mouse fibroblasts, but may be used for other species as well.
Antibiotics/ Antimycotics may be added if desired; CELLnTEC products CnT-ABM10, CnT-ABM20 or CnT-ABM will provide a final concentration of 100 U/mL Penicillin, 100 µg/mL Streptomycin and 250 ng/mL Amphotericin B.
This medium is designed for use in a 5% CO2 atmosphere.
