Product Overview:
Epidermal Keratinocyte Medium Complete, Non-defined, catalog number CnT-09, is developed for maximum efficiency of canine keratinocyte isolation and growth and differentiation. CnT-09 is a liquid culture medium kit including both basal medium and separate supplements. CnT-09 is non-defined and contains serum. It does not contain antibiotics / antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds, but is protein free.

Application Notes:
Developed for maximum efficiency keratinocyte isolation and growth.
Suggested seeding density for both isolation and passaging: 4 x 103 cells/cm2.
Antibiotics/ Antimycotics may be added if desired; CELLnTEC products CnT-ABM10, CnT-ABM20 or CnT-ABM will provide a final concentration of 100 U/mL Penicillin, 100 µg/mL Streptomycin and 250 ng/mL Amphotericin B.
This medium is designed for use in a 5% CO2 atmosphere.
