Application Notes:
For optimal growth of Chem-3 cells, dilute Chem-3 Growth Supplement 1:100 in RPMI-1640/10% FBS/100U/ml Penicillin-Streptomycin. The Chem-3 Growth Supplement may also be used at dilution of 1:250 with slower cell growth.
