Product Overview:
PMEF feeders are treated with Mitomycin-C and can be directly plated onto gelatin coated (See ES-006-B) culture vessels. These cells are from passage 3. 5-6 x 106 cells will produce the appropriate density feeder layer on the following tissue culture vessels:
