Purification Method:
IgG is purified by cohn fractionation followed by secondary purification with sodium caprylate.
Presentation:
Frozen nonsterile liquid in a 0.01 M Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.1 with 0.1% sodium azide. Filtered through a 0.45 micron membrane filter.
Storage Conditions:
Maintain frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6months.
