Xeno-FREEze Human Embryonic Stem (hES) Cell Freezing Medium is an animal-free formulation that is designed for the cryopreservation of human embryonic stem cells grown in Millipore’s HEScGROTM Animal Component-Free Medium, as well as in Knockout Serum Replacement (KOSR) conditions. It has been qualified for the cryopreservation of multiple hES Cell lines (MEL-1, H7, and H9). This optimized formulation allows for consistent cryopreservation and high viability upon thawing and plating.
