Long Description:
Cellular protein preparation. Cells were serum starved overnight with serum-free media. Cells were cultured for 2 hours in the presence of a final concentration of 10nM Calyculin A and 500nM Okadaic acid. Cells were washed with ice-cold PBS and lysed in RIPA buffer. Protein concentration was determined and diluted with 2X SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer with 5% 2-Mercaptoethanol. Lysate was then boiled for 5 minutes.
