SMARTpools® are the collection of at least four individual siRNA duplexes targeted against a specific gene and designed using a bioinformatics technology known as SMARTselection™, resulting in the generation of siRNAs that function more than 97% of the time. The targeted message level is reduced by more than 70% 24 hours after transfection. For use in human cell lines.
