细胞培养

Millicell® 插入式培养皿

在Millicell插入式培养皿中，贴壁或悬浮细胞可从上孔进入下孔培养液中，反之亦然。细胞的生长、结构及功能更好的模拟了体内情况。此外，Millicell插入式培养皿也使得研究细胞单层的上下两面成为可能。

Millicell插入式培养皿适用于24孔、12孔或6孔细胞培养板。插入式培养皿易于采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察，同时它们又和细胞和/或荧光染色兼容。

专门用于器官型培养的Millicell插入式培养皿只有5mm高，适于放入一个有盖培养皿中。

对于共培养和通透性分析，推荐使用Millicell 悬挂式插入培养皿。

       • 用于共培养和通透性分析
       • 独特的设计使得进入下孔比其他悬挂式培养皿更容易，污染几率更少
       • 提供5种不同孔径和3种不同直径的产品，包括光学透明的1 µm孔径产品便于更好的使用显微镜观察

Millicell站立式插入培养皿

       • 有助于更好的细胞生长及为细胞研究提供额外的机会
       • 提供Biopore（PTFE）膜，MF膜（混合纤维素）和聚碳酸酯膜

Millicell器官型插入培养皿

       • 用于高细胞存活和移植体3D结构的高级研究
       • 较低的高度，适于放入标准有盖培养皿中
       • Biopore™ 膜（PTFE）提供了高的细胞存活率（最长可至40天）和极佳的跨膜氧气运输
       • 膜是光学透明的，同时对长期器官型移植物培养进行了优化
