293 mm Membrane Disc Filters
Durapore Membrane Filters
Durapore (polyvinylidene fluoride) membrane filters are designed to provide strength, flexibility, and broad chemical compatibility for critical biological separations. Protein binding to hydrophilic Durapore membranes is two orders of magnitude lower than nitro-cellulose or PTFE.
MF-Millipore Membrane Filters
MF-Millipore (mixed esters of cellulose) membrane filters are composed of biologically inert mixtures of cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate.
Low Water Extractable Membrane Filters (TF)
TF filters contain no wetting agent and have a lower water extractable content.
Fluoropore and Mitex Membrane Filters
Fluoropore membrane filters are PTFE bonded to high density
polyethylene to improve handling (FS is bonded to polypropylene).
Mitex membrane filters are PTFE without a backing material and are unaffected
by many liquids.
Both filter types are biologically and chemically
inert, and will meet extreme conditions of chemical compatibility and
temperature.
