Pellicon 2 modules have been designed with process scale-up and applications development in mind.Take advantage of the latest in membrane technology by selecting Biomax or Ultracel PLC membranes for your next separation project.Biomax and Ultracel PLC membranes offer robustness and void free structure with the advantage of high flux and superior product retention. For process scale-up, the hydraulic dimensions, such as flow path length and channels height, are identical regardless of cartridge size. This is true for a small 50 cm2 Pellicon XL cartridge or a 1000 m2 Pellicon 2 cartridge stack assembly. Cartridge holders and configurations are available for any size installation.To further allow full optimization of process development and system sizing, we now offer a variety of channel configurations to suit low and high viscosity applications as well as high product concentrations. Select A-screen for low viscosity and dilute applications, C-screen for low to intermediate and V-screen (open channel) for high viscosity and high product concentrations. A and C-screen channels are suitable for most applications. Each module is 100% integrity tested.
