Cogent µScale TFF System

This semi-automated, tangential flow filtration (TFF) system is an excellent benchtop tool, designed for:

• Micro-scale process development – for performing scaling studies
  
• Low-volume ultrafiltration/diafiltration – for streamlining everyday UF/DF work in the biopharmaceutical research environment

o Ideal for – purifying and concentrating monoclonal antibodies,
recombinant proteins, vaccines, gene therapy constructs, blood
serum products, and other cell-derived components

Multi-Cassette

The Cogent µScale TFF System can also be configured to run up to three of the following cassettes:

• Pellicon 3 (88 cm² cassettes – providing up to 264 cm²)
  
• Pellicon XL 50 (providing up to 150 cm²)
