Millidisk Sanitary Cartridge Housings European Version

Description

Millidisk housings are designed for sterilizing liquids and gases. All wetted surfaces are constructed of 316L stainless steel and are electropolished, providing excellent durability and maximum corrosion resistance.

The housing features easy-to-clean vents, drains, and connections, allowing complete sterilization. Vent insulating rings have been added, making sterilization of housings easier and safer. The housings accommodate a double O-ring cartridge configuration, allowing a positive cartridge seal and preventing bacterial and particulate bypass. The Millidisk housing locks the Millidisk cartridge in place when the housing is fully assembled.

For added safety and performance, each housing is pressure tested. A Certificate of Quality (type 2.2 according to EN10204) is provided with the product to confirm components conformity and list QA lot release criteria.
