Available in T-line and In-line designs; with a wide range of tube sizes, inlet/outlet and vent/drain connections, you can quickly and easily select, configure and purchase the right housing for your process needs. Utilizing the same standard components to build all housings ensures consistent quality and performance at every location around the globe.

Series 3000 housings are manufactured at sites that are certified to the ISO® 9001 quality standard, following quality management principles of the customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, these sites consistently produce high-quality product. All housings are shipped with a Certificate of Quality that confirms conformance to stated requirements and lists appropriate QA lot release criteria.


Multi-round Housings
Millipore has a complete range of Multi-round housings ideal for beverage applications. Available ASME or CE marked and in a wide-range of sizes, finishes, inlet/outlet connections, standard and sanitary vents and drains, we can configure the ideal housing for your facility and process. ASME® Compliance
ASME compliant housings have been designed in accordance to the requirements of ASME Section VIII Division 1.
CE Pressure Equipment
CE compliant housings have been designed and manufactured according to the essential requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
Series 3000 30-inch In-line and T-line housings are CE marked.
CFR Compliance
The sealing materials supplied comply with the Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations, section 177.2600 for rubber compounds or 177.1550 for fluorocarbon resin, 177.1520 for olefin polymers.
USP Class VI Compliance
All seal materials comply with USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests for Class IV plastics.

10 bar (145 psig) at 25 °C (77 °F)
7 bar (100 psig) at 60 °C (140 °F)
6 bar (87 psig) at 80 °C (176 °F)

Mechanical Polish (MP):
All T-line and In-line housing stainless steel wetted parts are mechanically polished
Ra ≤ 0.5 µm internal, Ra ≤ 0.8 µm external.
Final Fill:
All T-line and In-line housing stainless steel wetted parts are electropolished
Ra ≤ 0.4 µm internal, Ra ≤ 0.8 µm external.
ASME:
All T-line and In-line housing stainless steel wetted parts are electropolished
Ra ≤ 0.5 µm internal, Ra ≤ 0.8 µm external.
Cartridge Code
Code 7, 0 and F (Housing type will determine cartridge code compatibility.)
Clamp
4 in. sanitary flange with:
• 3-piece 304 stainless steel clamp standard on non-ASME compliant housings
• 2-piece bolted 304 stainless steel clamp standard on ASME stamped housings
