Mobius® Single-Use Mixing Systems

Advanced mixing technology delivers economic and process operational flexibility

The Mobius family of Single-use Mixing Systems delivers advanced technology for mixing pharmaceutical ingredients from intermediate to final drug products and for the preparation of process solutions, such as buffers and media. The only single-use mixers that are part of an integrated solution, Mobius MIX100, MIX200 and MIX500 systems offer economic and operational efficiency, saving valuable process and validation time. The systems include a 100L, 200 L or 500 L carrier, a single-use magnetically driven impeller inside a single-use Mobius process container and an electronic drive unit. What’s more, Mobius system flexibility offers you a choice of just the right filter, connector, and tubing options for your specific application and environment, including sterile interfaces, from fermentation to final fill. Rely on Millipore’s proven, scalable, ready-to-use systems and processing technologies to reduce the risk of contamination, improve economic and process operational flexibility and achieve reproducible results.

Mobius Single-use Mixing Systems are
also available with stainless steel (SST) carriers with and without external
heat exchange jackets, for accurate temperature control and clean room
applications.
