Millipore - Pellicon 2 Microfiltration Modules

Description

Pellicon 2 modules set a new standard in cassette style tangential flow filtration devices. The Pellicon product line has been redesigned with process scale-up and applications development in mind.

This series of devices include the popular Durapore range of membranes for microfiltration applications offering pore sizes from 0.1 to 0.65 µm.

For process scale-up, the hydraulic dimensions, such as flow path length and channels height, are identical regardless of cartridge size. This is true for a small 50 cm² Pellicon XL cartridge or a 1000 m² Pellicon 2 cartridge stack assembly. Cartridge holders and configurations are available for any size installation.

To further allow full optimization of process development and system sizing, we now offer a variety of channel configurations to suit low and high viscosity applications. Select C-screen for low to intermediate and V-screen (open channel) for high viscosity products.

Each module is 100% integrity tested.
