ProSep Ultra Plus Chromatography Media
ProSep Ultra Plus media is a protein A based affinity
chromatography media designed for large-scale, cost-effective purification of
high titer therapeutic antibodies.
Based on the proven technology of
ProSep media, ProSep Ultra Plus media provides increased capacity and
productivity – when compared to competing resin-based technologies. Its rigid
base matrix enables predictable scale-up and greater process flexibility,
enabling antibody producers to reduce the equipment footprint and purify large
volumes of higher titer feedstock in less time.
Pre-packed Columns
ProSep Ultra Plus media is also available in a convenient, easy-to-use pre-packed column format. These ready-to-use, small-scale columns (1 or 5 mL sizes) make an ideal tool for initial media screening, scaling and optimization studies and are compatible with most lab-scale chromatography systems.
