Our Certified Field Service Support Engineers provide expert, professional support for the installation, validation and maintenance of your water purification systems. Working together with end-users and appropriate Facilities personnel, they follow a comprehensive pre-installation checklist to ensure that Millipore water purification systems are installed in your laboratory in compliance with your requirements. We support installation of both individual water systems and total water systems, and also offer design and engineering support for larger volume central systems requiring pretreatment, storage, and distribution to multiple points-of-use.

To keep your water system operating at optimum performance, we can schedule pre-defined preventive maintenance visits to coincide with needed replacement of consumable cartridges. Our Field Service Support Engineers will inspect your water purification system to meet your needs for optimal water quality and system reliability.

Prior to the installation of a Millipore Water Purification System, we will confirm a schedule and answer any additional questions about the process. We ensure that everything is in place for a seamless and timely installation. Qualified Service Support Engineers install the water purification system at your convenience. They provide user training to optimize equipment use and ensure the correct purified water quality for your needs.
