Millitrack Software for Milli-Q and Elix

Millitrack Software is an embedded GUI (graphical user interface) developed with AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) techniques that generate Milli-Q or Elix system interactive web pages through a point-to-point computer or direct network connection using TCP/IP Ethernet protocol.

Millitrack Software allows a lab user to download or view instantaneously quality data through their internet browser for rapid monitoring of his water purification system.

Millitrack Software users have also real–time remote access to Milli-Q and Elix interactive web pages through standard TCP/IP network describing water purification system status, configuration, instant quality parameters, settings, identification and Dashboard.

Saving & Printing Monitoring Data

Up to 5 tabs of detailed system information are available for printing or saving records such as Instant Quality and advanced parameters, history, system configuration and identification, Setup.

Data are available on XML format allowing direct connection or archiving into lab data management system such as LIMS, ELN, SDMS/ECM.

Real-Time Dashboard

A real-time and remote monitoring dashboard allows lab user to view instantaneously Milli-Q and Elix operation status, purification steps, instant quality parameters such as Resistivity, temperature, TOC, pressure, etc.

Consumables status, Reverse Osmosis recovery, Tank filling and UV lamp status are also available on-line for assessing water purification quality.

Computer & Network Connection

Two types of computer connection are possible for accessing Millitrack Software pages:

Desktop or laptop computer connected point-to-point through its Ethernet or PMCIA cards and directly plugged through RJ 45 cable into Milli-Q and Elix Integral Ethernet card.

Through a direct LAN/WAN network plug using either fixed IP or DHCP typologies.

Network settings are configurable according to network type and directly adjustable on Milli-Q and Elix Integral through “Network settings” menu. IP Address, Subnet mask and default gateway can be modified.
