Growth Factor Identification
The identification of growth factors required for the ex vivo culture of human pluripotent stem cells is critical for stem cell research. One method to identify potentially important growth factors is the application of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to determine the expression profile of cytokine receptors on the surface of stem cells. Millipore offers a range of products including monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for the identification of growth factor receptors.
