Cell Migration Assay
Our cell migration plates, assays and kit inserts are manufactured to provide quantitative determinations of the influence of assorted factors on cell migration. Common uses include the screening of pharmacological agents, evaluation of integrins or other adhesion receptors, analysis of gene function in transfected cells, and determination of ECM protein involvement in cell movement.
Migration analysis of these types is conducted by several different methods, the most widely accepted being the Boyden Chamber assay: the basis of our cell migration assays.
