Anti-BMP-7
Bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7) is widely expressed during embryonic development. BMP-7 works synergistically with BMP-2 to play a key role in the differentiation of mesenchymal cells into bone and cartilage tissues by actively recruiting stem cells from the surrounding tissue, thereby initiating the bone formation cascade. This antibody has been validated in immunohistochemistry (right) and Western blotting applications in both human and mouse samples.

Stem Cell Characterization Tools
Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Characterization Kit
The human MSC characterization kit contains a panel of positive and negative selection markers for the comprehensive characterization of mesenchymal stem cell populations in human samples. Positive markers include antibodies to cell-surface molecules including CD44, CD90, STRO-1, and CD146. In addition, two specific hematopoietic cell surface markers are provided as negative markers: CD14 (present on leukocytes) and CD19 (present on B-lymphocytes). The kit provides a convenient tool for fully and definitively characterizing human mesenchymal stem cells.

ELISPOT Antibody Pairs
ELISPOT enzyme-linked immunospot assays are an effective method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of immune response patterns, and can be used to identify antigenic peptides for the creation of vaccine strategies. This assay has the sensitivity to identify antigen-specific T or B cells on a single cell level with results that closely mirror in vivo conditions, thereby eliminating the need for long-term in vitro cell cultures or the addition of exogenous cytokines. Each Millipore ELISPOT antibody pair contains sufficient reagents for five 96-well plates: 500 μg capture antibody, 100 μg biotinylated detection antibody, and 55 μL streptavidin-conjugated alkaline phosphatase. The ELISPOT antibody pairs have been tested on both MultiScreenHTS-IP filter plates and 8-well strip formats.
