 | Vacuum-operated Steriflip filter units allow for filtration of aqueous solutions such as media and buffers from a 50 mL centrifuge tube directly into an attached 50 mL tube without sample transfer steps. The device is quick, convenient and easy to use. It is available with Millipore Express PLUS (PES) membrane for fast flow and low protein binding. Durapore (PVDF) membrane is also available when ultra-low protein binding is required. |
