Automation Engineer (Shanghai)
(Bioprocess Division)


Responsibilities

l Performs a wide range of electrical & electronic operations associated with the design, development, maintenance, repair, set-up and adjustment of all types of automatic machine and equipment.
l Designs and develops appropriate control systems for such purpose.
l Maintains thorough working, set-up and operating knowledge of automation system.
l Using a systems approach troubleshoots equipment & machine linking mechanical functions to electrical drives and inspection devices.
l Ensures that all automatic equipments are in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
l Sources and identifies suitable electrical / electronic components suppliers in the region.
l Manages internal as well as external resources to achieve innovative automation projects of high standard.
l Plays actively role in the design, development and trouble shooting of all control system built by either local or oversea suppliers.

Requirements/Qualification

l B.S. degree or equivalent in electrical / electronic engineering.
l Minimum 5 years experience in automatic machine design/development/ installation and maintenance for automation production.
l Good English in both written and spoken.
l Knowledge on Project Management.
l Capable of troubleshooting machines and facilities.
l Be familiar with AutoCAD etc working software.
l Be skillful in use PLC programming, have experience in operation panel programming for Siemens.
