Senior Field Service Engineer (Shanghai)
(Lifescience \ Bioscience Division)
Responsibilities
l Implement Service Management System, and be in charge of product installation & training & upgrade, preventative maintenance and technical support
l Independently exercise the judgement within protocol and practice to determine appropriate plan of action to resolve the technical issue
l Setup installed base and regularly update it
l Collaborate with sales, marketing and training team to follow up the market activities, and assist sales team to achieve the sales objective
l Achieve the service revenue target set by management
l Deal with the complaints from the customer, sales team and distributors, and then improve the customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements/Qualification
l Diploma degree in Electronics, Medical and Bioscience industries
l High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure
l Several year working experience in laboratory instrument installation and maintenance
l Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities
l Good command of English
l Respond to customer/sales force/distributor proactively
l Can travel frequently
