今回は、ミリポアがご提供するマルチプレックスアッセイの技術をお伝えすることで、皆様のご研究をより効率的に前進させる一助となることを祈念し、「MILLIPLEX MAP マルチプレックスアッセイ技術セミナー」を企画いたしました。本セミナーでは、米国LuminexコーポレーションおよびMILLIPOREコーポレーションより講師を招き、xMAPテクノロジーの原理と応用、MILLIPLEX MAPアッセイキットが可能にする広範なマルチプレックスアッセイとその最新情報をご提供いたします。

演題1：Luminex Multiplexing Solutions
講師：David E. Smith, Ph.D.　Associate Director, Scientific Awareness
概要：The life sciences industry has always used some type of array in testing biological samples, both for research and for clinical purposes. While traditional historical arrays were racks of test tubes, the last decade has seen the emergence of a number of microarrays. The latest advancement is the Luminex microsphere-based liquid suspension microarray, called xMAP technology. xMAP technology allows performance of up to 100 simultaneous assays, while also providing a high degree of versatility and flexibility: the technology permits the development of an extraordinarily wide range of assay types, including custom assays. In this presentation, we will fully describe xMAP technology and its capacity to deliver focused multiplex solutions.
