WEEE and RoHS Compliance

Merck Millipore produces and sells electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) as defined in the European Union (EU) directives on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE, 2002/96/EC) and restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS, 2002/95/EC) to markets in the European Union. It is our policy to meet all applicable environment, health and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.
