Charles F. Wagner, Jr.
Corporate VP and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wagner was named Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. He is responsible for Millipore's global accounting, finance and management information systems functions. Prior to that, Mr. Wagner served as Corporate Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development where he was responsible for Millipore's corporate strategy, acquisition and alliance activities, investor relations, and corporate communications.

Prior to joining Millipore in 2002, Mr. Wagner was Manager at Bain & Company, Inc., where he was instrumental in developing growth strategies and operational improvement plans for businesses in a variety of industries and competitive situations. While at Bain, he also advised private equity firms in the evaluation and execution of several transactions. Prior to his tenure with Bain & Company, Inc., he served as a manager of Corporate Accounting Analysis for Millipore Corporation and as a manager and certified public accountant for Coopers & Lybrand LLP (Boston, MA).

Mr. Wagner holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from Boston College, Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.
