Jeffrey Rudin
Corporate VP, General Counsel, Secretary
Mr. Rudin was elected Vice President and General Counsel of Millipore in December 1996. Mr. Rudin was appointed Clerk of Millipore Corporation in 1999.
Prior to joining Millipore, Mr. Rudin served Ciba Corning Diagnostics Corp. as Senior Vice President and General Counsel (since 1993) and as Vice President and General Counsel (1988-1993). Prior to that, Mr. Rudin was Assistant Division Counsel for the Pharmaceutical Division of Ciba-Geigy Corporation.
Mr. Rudin graduated from Rutgers College in 1972. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1975 where he was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
