Peter Kershaw
Corporate VP, Global Supply Chain
Mr. Kershaw joined Millipore in February 2004 as Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing Operations. In August 2005, his responsibilities expanded to include the entire "order to cash" cycle when he was named Corporate Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Prior to joining Millipore, Mr. Kershaw spent 22 years in the manufacturing sector of the healthcare industry serving in manufacturing management and general management capacities.
Mr. Kershaw began his healthcare career with Johnson & Johnson, Inc. in the orthopedic business. From 1982-1989, he served as Senior Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Department Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In 1989, Mr. Kershaw joined C.R. Bard, Inc. where he spent seven years as Director, Manufacturing within the cardiology franchise and later Vice President, Manufacturing Operations. From 1996-2001, he worked for Bespak plc, a drug delivery technology company, first as Vice President and General Manager and then President of the Tenax Medical Device Division. From 2001-2004, Mr. Kershaw worked for Hologic, Inc., a medical imaging company, as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Lorad Breast Cancer Detection Division.
Mr. Kershaw holds a B.A. from Elizabethtown College, B.S. from Lehigh University and Master in Business Administration degree from Duquesne University. He is a registered Professional Engineer and APICS certified.
