Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
Merge onto CONCORD RD.
Turn RIGHT onto MIDDLESEX TURNPIKE.
Take your first LEFT after the 99 Restaurant into 900 Middlesex Turnpike.

From South:
95 North to Route 3 North.
