Employee Programs

Millipore supports its employees in making a positive difference in the world around them through the following programs:

Millipore Volunteer Program (MVP)

Millipore offers employees the opportunity to “give back” in ways they find meaningful, through a range of local volunteer projects including home construction for families in need, painting projects at local schools, and cleanup days at area parks to name a few.

Matching Gift Program

Millipore offers a dollar-for-dollar match for contributions made by its employees to non-profit organizations in the areas of education, social services, culture, health care, and the environment up to $5,000 per employee per year.

Voluntary Service Grant Program

Employees who devote significant volunteer time to non-profits in their communities may request program support from Millipore to assist these organizations.

Scholarship Program

Each year Millipore offers two $5,000 college scholarships to the children of Millipore employees renewable for an additional three years for a total award of $20,000.
